Meet Chiara St. Pierre

As the Senior Director, Immigration Legal Services of IINE’s growing Immigration Legal Services Program, Chiara St. Pierre oversees a team of attorneys and Department of Justice accredited representatives who provide both family and business immigration services. Under Chiara’s direction, IINE’s Legal Services Program provides immigration assistance to refugees, asylees, immigrants (including students, professionals, and entrepreneurs), and U.S. employers who hire foreign nationals.

Chiara has worked as an immigration attorney for more than a decade. She specializes in both business and family immigration and has successfully represented a diverse portfolio of clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, students, professionals, musicians, athletes, and families and individuals of all economic strata. She has experience with all family-based filings, citizenship, and victim-centered filings such as VAWA and U visas. Chiara also has expertise in employment-based nonimmigrant petitions including E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, R-1, and TNs as well as employment-based immigrant petitions including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, and PERM.

She has years of experience interacting with the government agencies involved with U.S. immigration, including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Department of State, and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

Chiara holds an undergraduate degree from Elon University and a law degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated with an Advanced Legal Writing Certificate and was recognized for her Pro Bono work.
