Elizabeth Hurley joined the International Institute as Human Resources Director in September of 2016. She brings over 25 years of human resource, business and management experience in financial services, nonprofits and other industries. At IINE, Beth is responsible for all areas of human resources with particular emphasis on human capital management and engagement. She has an active presence in all of the IINE sites.
Prior to IINE, Beth held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for Brown Rudnick and various management positions in human resources and finance at John Hancock, BankBoston, State Street Bank and The Boston Company. For more than 10 years, she has been on the board of Elliot House, formerly Horizons Initiative, a multi-family housing unit for families moving from homelessness to self-sufficiency. She is the Board Chair for the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality. In addition, she held a variety of board positions with Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Southern New England.
Beth lives in Ashland and has two sons. She received her BS in Accounting from Boston College and her MBA from Suffolk University.
