BOSTON – The International Institute of New England made official comments in opposition to the DOJ EOIR’s interim rule, “Organization of the Executive Office for Immigration Review.” We oppose elimination of the Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) and the dissolution of the OLAP Director’s authority.
