Since joining IINE, Shayne Kinsella has risen quickly to his current role, Director of Human Resources and Operations. He is a responsible for a critical component of IINE’s strategic plan, our effort to create a best-in-class human resources system that attract and retains talented, diverse and mission-drive staff. In the area of operations, Shayne oversees everything from facilities, vendor relations, technology and software, purchasing, recruitment.
Shayne began his career as an Executive Assistant, and then advanced to the role of Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, he standardized administrative processes across IINE’s three sites, helped build internal systems to improve the interface between the three field offices and the central office, and managed the move by the Boston and Central offices to the China Trade Center.
Shayne graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College with a BA in Government and Religious Studies.
