Shayne Kinsella
Director of Operations

Shayne Kinsella joined the International Institute in January 2016. As the Director of Operations, Shayne oversees everything from facilities, vendor relations, technology and software, purchasing, recruitment, and employee relations across the 3 sites.

Prior to his current role, Shayne served first as the Executive Assistant in 2016, and then as the Operations Manager in 2017 and 2018, when he led the standardization of administrative processes across IINE’s 3 sites, oversaw the move of the Boston and Manchester offices, and built out a team of Office Managers.

Shayne graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College in May 2015 with a BA in Government and Religious Studies.
