Urge Congress to Fight for At-Risk Refugees
The administration has said it will maintain its refugee ban, abandoning thousands of refugees already approved for resettlement, while reserving 17,500  admissions slots for its one preferred population. Urge your members of Congress to stand up for a fair, non-discriminatory refugee program that prioritizes protection based on need and risk, not nationality or politics.

Protect Healthcare Access for Refugees and Immigrants
On October 1, H.R. 1 will restrict federally funded Medicaid and CHIP eligibility for many refugees and humanitarian immigrants. Urge your state legislators to support state funding to restore their access to healthcare. 

Tell Congress: Protect Afghan Allies
In 2025, DHS terminated Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Afghanistan, stripping legal protection from thousands of Afghan nationals already living in the US, many of whom supported American troops, diplomats, and journalists during the war. H.R. 9899, the Afghanistan TPS Act of 2026, a bill with bi-partisan support, would fix this directly. Urge your representative to act now. 
Defend Haitian TPS holders
Allowing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to lapse for 330,000 Haitians would be potentially catastrophic for them, their families, our communities, and our workforce. 
Support Pro-Immigrant Candidates in the Midterm Elections on Tuesday, November 3

  • 866-Our-Vote: Put this election protection hotline in your phone so you’re prepared to report any challenges you experience or witness at the polls.

  • Do you know where your candidates stand on key issues effecting immigrants and refugees? Now is the time to reach out and ask them! 
Stop harmful refugee re-interview policy
Under Operation PARRIS, DHS and USCIS are threatening to “re-interview” refugees who have already passed rigorous vetting, asking them to relive trauma while their security is again put at risk in the land that promised them protection. Urge your federal representatives to use their oversite powers to oppose this harmful policy.

Support the GRACE Act to restore and protect the U.S. refugee program
The GRACE Act would set a minimum floor for U.S. refugee admissions and restore stronger congressional oversight, protecting the program from political whims.
