Donate Goods to Immigrants & Refugees

Donate goods to immigrants and refugees in Boston, Lowell, or Manchester, NH

The International Institute of New England (IINE) serves more than 2,500 refugees, asylees, and immigrants in Boston and Lowell, and Manchester, NH each year.

In-kind donations are always needed and greatly appreciated. Our needs vary depending on the program and time of year.

Generally, we always need the following items. All of these items should be new and unopened.

  • Gift cards (Amazon, Walmart, Market Basket, and Target are all excellent choices; we use these to allow newly arrived refugees to shop for themselves)
  • Bedding (sheets, pillows and blankets – all sizes. Preferably new; will accept items in like-new condition)
  • Diapers (any size)
  • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels – unopened packages only)
  • Cleaning supplies (Clorox wipes, laundry detergent – unopened packages/containers only)
  • Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, knives – gently used condition is fine)
  • Umbrellas (all sizes and colors – new or in like-new condition)

To arrange an in-kind donation or to learn about our current needs, please contact Taylor Donaldson at volunteers@iine.org.

Thank you for your support.
