Job Skills Training

IINE offers intensive job training programs throughout the year. These courses are designed for those who have medium proficiency in English and a minimum of six months of work experience in the U.S.

Many classes take place online, and others are hybrid (a combination of online and in-person learning at IINE’s Boston location). Program graduates enter careers in the construction, healthcare, hospitality, and service industries, often then moving up to higher positions with greater responsibility and better pay.

About Our Students

IINE students come from 60 countries, and most of them live in and around Boston: Allston, Brighton, Charlestown, Chinatown, Dorchester, Downtown, East Boston, Fenway, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Mission Hill, the North End, Roslindale, Roxbury, South Boston, South End, West End, and West Roxbury, as well as Malden, Quincy, Everett, Revere, and Chelsea. Some students travel to class from as far away as Brockton!

Most IINE students go on to careers in their chosen field, and many advance to management positions before long.

This class helped me a lot in developing my skills, such as speaking confidently in interviews, giving a speech, knowing my strengths and weaknesses, and working on them. It was useful to me in a lot of ways, and it gave me a lot of experience to develop and arrange my future ideas. Thank you so much.”
