    We have been working with IINE for the past several years on hiring New Americans, identifying language trends, introducing new Americans to our services, and working to make our space more welcoming for non-English speakers. As we have begun using IINE’s language services, the things that are most noticeable are affordability and ease of use. Especially for things like phone translation, the ability to immediately call to get a translator so that you can help someone in the moment is huge. We no longer have to try to coordinate scheduling to set up a translator, we can do it all immediately, making this a far less frustrating experience for the people we are serving and our staff.

    Partnering with the International Institute of New England has been a wonderful experience for Gateways.
