    Interpretation

    Over the Phone Interpreters (OPI) – Our over-the-phone interpretation service leverages a national network of expert interpreters in over 300 languages, with most available 24/7. Access is simple and fast, so when you need immediate interpretation support, you don’t have to wait.  

    Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) – Our video remote interpretation service leverages a national network of expert interpreters in over 300 languages. Whether you need immediate interpretation or are looking to schedule interpretation for a future meeting, we are here to help in over 300 languages.  

    On-Site Interpreters – Our trained interpreters accompany clients to business meetings and trainings, court appointments, medical appointments, and more, exercising the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. On-site interpretation is available in Arabic, Cantonese, Dari, French, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Turkish, and Vietnamese.   

    Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) – AI-powered, our remote simultaneous interpretation service delivers real-time, multilingual interpretation for up to six languages. This option is ideal for organizations hosting new hire orientations, safety trainings, workshops, webinars, and more. Using RSI helps ensure all of your staff can participate fully in their preferred language and at the same time.

    Document and Website Translation

    Document Translation – We provide certified translations for a range of materials, including legal documents, such as birth certificates; HR materials, such as personnel manuals and forms; and marketing collateral, such as posters, brochures, and flyers. Our team provides pricing quotes upfront to ensure shared expectations and prioritize accuracy and efficiency. 

    Website Translation – We help organizations make their websites accessible across languages. Our translations combine accuracy and cultural insight, ensuring your message connects authentically with every audience—from clients and customers to the communities you serve.

    We have been working with IINE for the past several years on hiring New Americans, identifying language trends, introducing new Americans to our services, and working to make our space more welcoming for non-English speakers. As we have begun using IINE’s language services, the things that are most noticeable are affordability and ease of use. Especially for things like phone translation, the ability to immediately call to get a translator so that you can help someone in the moment is huge.
